How to Set Up and Manage a Custom Domain for Lucidya Surveys
Learn how to set up and manage a custom domain in Lucidya so your surveys appear under your own domain instead of Lucidya's default.
By default Lucidya uses its own domain when you publish a survey. If you want surveys to appear under your own domain instead, you can set up a custom domain through Company Information in Settings.
Before You Start
Make sure your custom domain is already set up with your hosting provider before adding it to Lucidya. The custom domain field only supports alphanumeric characters, uppercase letters A to Z, lowercase letters a to z, and numbers 0 to 9.
Step 1. Navigate to Custom Domain Settings
Go to Settings → Company → Add Domain.
Step 2. Enter Your Custom Domain
Enter your custom domain in the field provided and save your settings.
Step 3. Select Your Domain When Publishing
When publishing a survey, you will be prompted to choose between Lucidya's domain or your custom domain. If you attempt to publish without selecting either option, a reminder window will appear prompting you to make a selection before proceeding.
Managing Your Custom Domain
To edit your custom domain at any time, return to Settings → Company Information → Custom Domain and make your changes.
To remove your custom domain, go to the same section and delete it. A confirmation window will appear before the deletion is completed.
