How to Customize Report Branding in Lucidya

Learn how to apply your company's logo, font, and brand colors to all generated reports across Lucidya from the Branding page in Settings.

Lucidya lets you apply your company's branding to all generated reports, including your logo, colors, and font. Branding settings apply globally to all newly generated reports and dashboard across your organization.

Before You Start

You need Manager permission for the General Settings module to access and modify branding settings.

Step 1. Access the Branding Page

Click the Settings icon at the bottom of the left sidebar. On the Settings page click Branding under the General section.

Step 2. Customize Your Branding

Configure the following options.

Logo: upload your company or brand logo to display on all generated reports. Supported formats are PNG, JPG, JPEG, and SVG. PNG or SVG are recommended for best quality and transparency support. If no logo is uploaded, reports will be generated without one.

Font: select the typeface that matches your brand identity. The selected font applies to all report text and headings.

Primary Color: choose your main brand color for key elements such as headers, highlights, and important visual components throughout your reports.

Secondary Color: pick a complementary color to support your primary color scheme across charts, graphs, and secondary elements.

Background Color: set the background color for your reports to create the right visual tone and ensure readability.

Step 3. Preview and Save

The branding page shows a preview of how your customizations will appear in reports. Adjust colors, fonts, and logo until you are satisfied, then save your settings.
