Understanding Luci - Lucidya's AI Assistant
Learn how Luci, Lucidya's built-in AI assistant, analyzes the data on your current screen to answer business questions, and how to manage tokens, languages, and previous requests.
Luci is Lucidya's built-in AI assistant, accessible from any compatible page in the platform. It analyzes the data currently displayed on your screen and answers business-related questions based on that context, helping you extract insights faster without leaving the platform.
How Luci Works
Luci provides answers based on the current data displayed on the screen and the filters you have applied. If you ask a question outside defined business domains Luci may generate responses that are not relevant — keep questions specific and business-related for the most accurate answers.
How to Access Luci
Click Luci's icon in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. Luci will open on the right side of the screen and greet you upon activation.
Asking Questions
Luci provides a set of suggested questions based on the current page. You can also type your own question in the Would you like to discuss anything else? bar and send it to Luci. Keep in mind that each question has an associated token cost and questions should be business-related for Luci to provide accurate responses.
Before confirming your question Luci will display the number of tokens it will cost, allowing you to decide whether to proceed.
Viewing Previous Requests
Click the Show Previous Requests button located after the list of questions to view all your past requests. Each request shows its current status — In Progress, Completed, or Error Occurred — along with the details of the request.
Understanding Tokens
Tokens represent your available energy balance for interacting with Luci. Each question consumes a number of tokens depending on its complexity and the data required. Your token balance is displayed in the upper left corner of Luci. If you run out of tokens you may need to renew your subscription to acquire more.
If Luci is unable to provide an answer your token balance will remain unchanged and no tokens will be deducted.
Language Support
Luci supports both Arabic and English. Responses are delivered in your selected language preference.
