Learn how to create, manage, and filter by Accounts Lists in Lucidya to organize X Platform accounts into named groups for influencers, competitors, or key clients.
Accounts Lists let you organize X Platform accounts into named groups for easier tracking and analysis within your monitors. You can create lists for influencers, competitors, public figures, or key clients and use them to filter monitor data to only the accounts that matter to you. Accounts Lists are accessed from Utilities → Accounts Lists but apply specifically to Social Listening monitors.
Before You Start
You can create a maximum of 100 lists. Each list supports a maximum of 200 accounts.
Step 1. Open Accounts Lists
Go to Utilities from the main menu and select Accounts Lists. Click New List at the top of the screen.
Step 2. Enter List Details
Enter a name and description for the list.
Step 3. Add Accounts
You can add X Platform accounts to the list in two ways.
Manual Addition: enter account names directly, separating each with a comma and no spaces. Up to 200 accounts can be added per list.

Adding Accounts Directly from a Monitor
You can also add accounts to a list without leaving your monitor. Under the Content or Posts tab, click the Manage Lists icon next to any post. A popup will show your existing lists. Select the appropriate list to add the account or create a new list from there.
Managing Your Lists
Click the three-dot menu next to any list to access the following actions.
Edit List: modify the list name, description, or add and remove accounts.
Duplicate List: create a copy of an existing list.
Delete List: permanently remove the list.
Using Accounts Lists to Filter Monitor Data
When working inside a monitor, use Filters to apply your accounts lists. You can filter results to show only data from accounts in a specific list, or exclude a list to remove irrelevant accounts from your analysis. Note that account list filtering and user filtering cannot be used at the same time, one must be disabled before enabling the other.
