How to Filter and Export Audience Posts in Social Listening

You can filter posts within any monitor and export the results for further analysis. The exported report is sent directly to your email.

Step 1. Select a Monitor

Navigate to Social Listening and open the monitor you want to export posts from.

Step 2. Open the Posts Section

Click on Posts in the monitor menu.

Step 3. Apply Filters

Set your desired date range and apply any relevant filters to narrow down the posts you want to export.

Step 4. Export the Data

Click the Export icon in the top left of the screen. A popup will appear, click Export to confirm. The report will be sent to your email.
