How to Edit Your Google My Business Locations in Lucidya
Learn how to update hours, contact details, and business information for one Google My Business location or many at once.
You can update your working hours, contact details, and business information for one location or many at once from Location Manager. For example, you can add National Day hours to all your branches in a single edit. Lucidya sends your changes to Google for review, so you do not need to open each location in Google My Business.

Connect your Google My Business locations to Lucidya first. See: How to Connect Your Google My Business Locations to Lucidya.
Edit Multiple Locations at Once
This example adds special holiday hours to several branches.
Step 1 – Select the Locations
Go to Settings → Location Manager, then select the checkbox next to each location you want to update.
- To update every location, click "Select all locations in table."
- To narrow the list first, filter by account, business, city, status, or verification.
Step 2 – Click Edit
The edit page opens with the About, Contact, and Hours tabs. Changes you make here apply to every selected location.
The address can only be edited one location at a time, because each location has its own address.
Step 3 – Add Your Special Hours
Open the Hours tab, then add the date and the hours your branches will operate that day.
Step 4 – Click Review Changes
Your edits are sent to Google for review.
Location-specific fields, such as the address, are not available when you edit multiple locations. Edit those one location at a time.
Edit a Single Location
Step 1 – Open the Location
Click the three-dot menu next to the location, then select Edit.
Step 2 – Make Your Changes
Update the information you need, such as the business description, phone number, website, address, or working hours.
Step 3 – Click Review Changes
Your edits are sent to Google for review.

Frequently asked questions
Google reviews every edit before publishing it. The location shows Pending Edits until the review is complete, and then it changes to Updated.
The location keeps its previous information. Review the change and submit it again.
Click Sync from Google at the top of Location Manager to get the most recent data.
It counts the number of edits waiting for Google's review, not the number of locations. One location with two pending edits counts as two.
