Learn how to use Lucidya's Survey Panel add-on to collect responses from a targeted audience by country, age, industry, and gender when you don't have your own audience.
Lucidya's Survey Panel lets you collect survey responses from a targeted audience even if you do not have your own. You specify the demographic criteria and Lucidya's team handles respondent recruitment and response collection for you. The Survey Panel is available for Link and QR Code survey types only.
Before You Start
The Survey Panel is an add-on feature. Pricing depends on your demographic requirements and the number of responses needed. Contact your Customer Success Manager for pricing details before submitting a request.
How to Access the Survey Panel
Open any Link or QR Code survey. Click Publish. In the publish popup select the Survey Panel tab.
How It Works
Specify your target audience demographics — country, age group, industry, and gender. Submit your request. Lucidya's Customer Success Manager will review it and handle respondent recruitment and response collection. Once responses are collected they appear in the survey's Insights Page where you can analyze them using filters, metrics, and all standard insights tools.
