RIYADH, KSA: Lucidya, the Agentic CX platform that enables organizations to autonomously turn customer and market intelligence into real-time resolution and measurable business outcomes, and Nami, the Saudi fintech company licensed by the Saudi Central Bank and operating as a POS provider delivering payment processing solutions, signed a partnership agreement at Money20/20 Middle East 2026.
The signing was completed on the show floor by Dr. Zuhair Khayyat, CTO & Co-founder of Lucidya, and Bandar Al-Hawawi, Chief Shared Services Officer of Nami.
Nami has processed more than 10.6 billion transactions across over 160,000 POS terminals and serves more than 87,000 merchants nationwide. Under the partnership, Nami will deploy Lucidya's Agentic CX platform, starting with Voice AI for sales and customer care operations.
"We are a customer-centric company that innately understands the real impact of CX," said Bandar Al-Hawawi, Chief Shared Services Officer of Nami. "Partnering with Lucidya gives our merchants the kind of responsive, intelligent support our scale now requires."
"We are delighted to partner with Nami to bring regional customers our Agentic CX solutions," said Dr. Zuhair Khayyat, CTO & Co-founder of Lucidya. "Saudi fintech continues to lead on how the right AI actually gets deployed in production, and this partnership underscores that."
With this partnership, Nami and Lucidya are set to raise the standard for customer experience across Saudi Arabia's fintech industry, pairing national payment infrastructure with AI built to resolve, not respond.
